Planning made easier

Frequently asked questions.

Everything you need to know before bringing a Candid Creations experience to your celebration.

01How do I reserve my event date?

Send us your event date, venue, guest count, and preferred service through our contact page. Your date is confirmed only after the required reservation fee or down payment is secured. Slots are reserved on a first-paid basis.

02Does an available date on the calendar mean it is reserved for me?

No. The availability calendar is a guide only. A date remains open to other clients until your booking is confirmed and the required payment has been received.

03When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance must be paid in full one day before the event unless we agree otherwise in writing. Services will not begin until full payment is received, and a late payment does not extend the booked service period.

04Are reservation fees refundable?

Reservation fees and down payments are non-refundable because we hold the date and may decline other bookings. With our written approval and subject to availability, a payment may be transferred to an approved rescheduled date or another client.

05Can I reschedule my event?

Please request a date change at least 30 days before the original event. Requests made with less notice may incur a PHP 1,000 rescheduling fee and remain subject to approval and availability. A booking may generally be rescheduled once unless we approve otherwise.

06When should I submit changes to my event details?

Please communicate changes at least two weeks before the event. Changes affecting logistics, manpower, transportation, venue access, setup requirements, or operating hours may result in additional charges.

07How is the service period calculated?

The booked period begins at the scheduled event time in your confirmation. Delays caused by the client, venue, organizer, suppliers, guests, or program flow may reduce operating time without a refund. Extensions require availability, additional fees, and coordination at least one week before the event.

08What does the venue need to provide?

The client must provide a safe, dry, stable, adequately sized setup area with accessible and reliable power. Outdoor events also require suitable overhead cover and weather protection for guests, staff, materials, and equipment.

09Do we need to provide meals for the crew?

We kindly ask that one meal be provided for each crew member during event coverage so our team can stay energized while taking care of your celebration. There is no required menu or type of food—anything simple that you choose to share from the heart will be genuinely appreciated. If providing a meal is not possible, a PHP 150 meal allowance per crew member may be given instead. For venues that do not allow outside food, a simple venue-approved meal is perfectly fine.

10Can materials, scents, charms, or colors vary?

Yes, they can vary or be requested during client communication.

11When will video, audio, or digital files be delivered?

Google Drive files are normally uploaded and shared within 5–7 days after the event. If a USB drive is requested, it will normally be prepared and shipped within 5–7 days, with shipping paid by the client. All outstanding balances must be settled before release.

12Will you post our event photos or recordings?

Not without your prior consent. After full payment, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for your event. We retain our business processes, templates, software settings, branding, designs, and other proprietary materials.

13What locations do you serve, and is there a transport fee?

We cover Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Metro Manila, and nearby areas. Transport is free within Biñan. For other locations, a minimal out-of-town fee (OOTF) may apply depending on the distance. Share your event venue with us so we can check and confirm the exact fee.

14How does the ₱500 promotion work?

The current promo gives ₱500 off eligible events happening from September through November 2026. It is subject to date and service availability. Ask us to confirm eligibility in your quotation before booking.

15What happens during bad weather, outages, or other emergencies?

We may pause or decline setup when conditions are unsafe. We are not liable for delays, interruptions, reduced participation, incomplete outputs, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, power or internet outages, venue restrictions, transport disruption, emergencies, or force majeure events.
